Jamaican Chocolate Tea

Growing up I loved me ah Chocolate Tea. The best way I ever enjoyed it was prepared by my Aunty Peaches in Brooklyn. She grated the chocolate ball and nutmeg fresh and the sweet smell filled up the house, so you know it didn’t last long. I stayed close by and watched every step and loved every minute of it. Chocolate Tea is different from hot chocolate or cocoa in the way it finishes – delicate, warmly spiced and light with no place for marshmallows; however a lickle Wray & Nephew is alway welcomed.
